at down internal, i detain the air at a crisp 60F and *relish* it.
so, are there possibly dietary/lifestyle/vitamin/horse-tranquelizer- zinged strategies for that? thus far, my solo respite is an solidify- snowy PBR with a lime in it (aka a 'redneck on vacation') due after engagement.
